Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 14,557-square-foot retail property in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. The Mayland Shopping Center sold for $4.215 million.
CJ Jackson, Craig Fuller, Erin Patton and Scott Wiles of the Patton|Wiles|Fuller Group of Marcus & Millichap led the sale. The team had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the private Ohio-based seller.
The buyer, a public REIT, was also secured and represented by the listing team.
The center is located at 5930 Mayfield Road in Mayfield Heights. It was fully occupied at the time of sale. The two tenants — NTB and Moe’s — have had long-term presences at the center.
