Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently helped sell the Brickyard Business Park, a 165,766-square-foot industrial property in Louisville.
Joseph DiSalvo and Matthew Deahl, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. That out-of-state buyer was also represented by Deahl and DiSalvo.
