Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services helped sell the Bellevue Retail Center, a 9,200-square-foot property in Bellevue, Wis.
The asset sold for $2.5 million. Jeff Rowlett and Jason Ladner, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.
