Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of a 3,403-square-foot net-leased Pizza Hut in Racine, Wis.
The restaurant sold for $755,000.
Jeff Rowlett and Jason Ladner, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exlusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office.
