Marcus & Millichap has promoted Charles Gagliano to first vice president investments in its Cleveland office.
This distinction recognizes Gagliano’s performance in the field of investment property sales through the exclusive representation of buyers and sellers of commercial real estate across Ohio and throughout the greater Midwest.
Upon graduating from Loyola University Chicago, Gagliano joined Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office with a focus on local multifamily investments and now serves as a director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Division.
His clients range from private investors to large institutions. During his career, Gagliano has closed 140 transactions totaling nearly 10,000 units valued at more than $450 million. His transactions range from $100,000 to $50 million and have spanned multiple states across the Midwest.
