Marcus & Millichap has promoted Charles Gagliano to Senior Vice President Investments. He works in the firm’s Cleveland office.
This distinction recognizes Gagliano’s excellence in the field of investment sales through the exclusive representation of buyers and sellers of commercial real estate across Ohio and the greater Midwest.
Upon graduating from Loyola University Chicago in 2015, Gagliano joined Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office with a focus on local multifamily investments and now serves as a director of the National Multi Housing Division. His ability to source local, national, and international buyers for multifamily assets has helped him and his team achieve the leading market share in Northeast Ohio. He has further been lauded for his professionalism and dedication to his client’s best interests.
During his career with the firm, Gagliano has closed 242 transactions totaling over 17,400 units and over $1 billion. His deals have ranged from $100,000 to $50 million and have spanned multiple states across the Midwest.
