Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of 5601 N. Clark St., a multi-tenant retail property in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. The property sold for $2.25 million.

Mitchell Kiven, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an entity affiliated with The Cloverleaf Real Estate Group, and procured the buyer, a private Chicago-based investor.

The property, situated at the signalized intersection of Clark Street and Bryn Mawr Avenue, serves as the multi-tenant retail portion of a multifamily building. The 6,245-square-foot property features a mix of service-oriented tenants, including Rosin Eyecare, Orange Shoe Fitness, Apothecary EO and The Dropped Stitch.
