Michael Klar and Ebrahim Valliani, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Paul Kerber, Marcus & Millichap’s Michigan broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Klar collaborated with Derek Schuster of Marcus & Millichap’s Auction Services to market the asset and secure the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The three-story, 62-room hotel is situated on 1.51 acres at 810 Delta Commerce Drive. Built in 1996, the property is approximately 11 miles from Michigan State University and offers convenient access to area cultural attractions, sports venues and convention facilities, including Jackson Field, the Lansing Center and the Wharton Center for Performing Arts.
