Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale of a 12-suite retail strip anchored by Buffalo Wild Wings in Sikeston, Missouri.
Adrian Mendoza, Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with David Saverin, Marcus & Millichap’s Missouri broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investment group, based out of California. The seller owned the property for ten years before selling the asset.
Shoppes at Lake Crossing, located on 4.29 acres at 211 and 251 N. Main St., is a 100% leased, 12-suite shopping center built in 2007. The property is anchored by the largest Buffalo Wild Wings franchisee in the system, which recently extended its lease and has more than 11 years remaining. Other national tenants include Spectrum, UPS, T-Mobile and PetSense. The center is surrounded by major retailers such as Walgreens, AutoZone and CVS.
