Nathan Pealer, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, RM-USE LLC.
Located at 2536 Creekway Dr., the property is fully leased to Service Partners under a new triple-net lease with 2.5% annual increases through May 2029. The tenant, a subsidiary of TopBuild Corp. (NYSE: BLD), occupies both bays of the 1988-built, small-bay industrial facility, which spans 25,360 square feet on 1.48 acres. The building features 18-foot clear heights, block construction and ample loading. Service Partners relocated to the site in summer 2024 from Mansfield, Ohio.
