Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Dupont Shoppes, a 6,150-square-foot retail property in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The asset sold for $1.21 million.
The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by Dominic Sulo, senior vice president, and Samuel Malato, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Josh Caruana, Indiana Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Dupont Shoppes is located at 1505 W. Dupont Road in Fort Wayne. The four-suite strip center is anchored by a drive-thru Bigby Coffee, a Michigan-based chain of coffee shops with more than 240 locations.
The property is positioned within the busy Northbrook Village Shopping Center, which includes a mix of restaurants, retailers, health and wellness users and banks.
