Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 98-room Comfort Inn hotel property in Anderson, Indiana.
Ebrahim Valliani and Michael Klar, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Julia Evinger, Marcus & Millichap’s Indiana broker of record, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investor groups. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The Comfort Inn is situated on 2.2 acres 2229 E. 59th St. along Interstate 69. Built in 1999, the hotel features an indoor pool, meeting and event space, a fitness center and a complimentary breakfast area. The property is less than 15 minutes from local attractions, including the Paramount Theatre Centre & Ballroom, Mounds State Park and Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino.
