Marcus & Millichap recently brokered the sale of an Advance Auto Parts and Subway, a 36,155-square-foot net-leased property in Lowell, Indiana.

The buyer, a local private investor, was secured and represented by Joseph Van Vuren and Nicholas Kanich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office. Josh Caruana, Indiana Broker of Record assisted in closing this transaction.

Advance Auto Parts and Subway is located at 1729 E Commercial Ave in Lowell.

Both tenants have expressed commitment to the site with Advance Auto Parts approaching its 16th year of operations and Subway approaching its 33rd. This long-term tenancy combined with the location and price point of the property made it an attractive opportunity for our buyer to access corporately guaranteed leases for a favorable return in their local market.
