Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 100-room Comfort Suites hotel property in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.
Ebrahim Valliani and Kristen Blackshaw, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Todd Lindblom, Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
Comfort Suites Johnson Creek Conference Center is situated on 4.92 acres at 725 Paradise Lane, just off Interstate 94 between Milwaukee and Madison. Built in 2005, the property features an indoor pool, fitness and business centers, and a conference facility with meeting spaces accommodating more than 500 guests. The hotel is near Johnson Creek Premium Outlets and Milford Hills Hunt Club, driving traffic and demand.
