Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Fast Pace Health Urgent Care, a 3,600-square-foot net-leased property in Princeton, Kentucky. The asset sold for $1.5 million.

John P. Reehil and Suzanne Sharbek, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Colby Haugness, Kentucky Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Fast Pace Health Urgent Care is located at 1023 W Main St. in Princeton. This investment opportunity featured five years remaining on an original brand-new, triple-net, 10-year lease. There were two, five-year options featuring five percent rent increases every five years. Fast Past Health is rapidly growing and has over 145 locations across five states with plans to expand.
