Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has promoted Eric Bell to executive director with the firm’s national multi-housing group (NMHG), its multifamily service line. With the promotion, Bell becomes one of only 21 active agents in the company nationwide to achieve the rank, and the only active executive director in the firm’s Chicagoland offices.
Bell joined the firm in 1994 and is a repeat sales recognition award and national achievement award winner. Additionally, he was named to the firm’s exclusive Chairman’s Club five times and the Chairman’s Circle of Excellence once. He is based in the firm’s Oak Brook, Illinois office.
Bell graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Kenyon College where he played NCAA Division III football and baseball. He is married with four children and enjoys golfing, skiing and coaching others.
