Marcus & Millichap has promoted Michael Barron and Daniel Burkons of the company’s Cleveland office to executive managing directors of investments.
That is Marcus & Millichap’s highest broker title of distinction.
Barron and Burkons began their tenure at Marcus & Millichap in 2003 and are two of the founding members of the firm’s Cleveland office. The pair have won many awards during their career at Marcus & Millichap, including the Sales Recognition Award for 16 consecutive years. Burkons received the National Achievement Award for 13 years, while Barron received it for 14.
Both were inducted into Marcus & Millichap’s Chairman’s Clulb and its Chairman’s Circle of Excellence.
Along with their partner, Joshua Wintermute, Burkons and Barron are executive managing directors of investments of Institutional Property Advisors, which specializes in serving institutional and major private real estate investors.
The Barron|Burkons|Wintermute Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap has sold more than 70,000 units across 14 states totaling more than $3.9 billion.
