Marcus & Millichap has promoted Mark Myers to executive vice president of investments. Most recently, he held the position of senior vice president investments.
Myers joined Marcus & Millichap in 1993 as an agent specializing institutional seniors housing property investments. He serves as an executive director of the firm’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) Seniors Housing division and as a senior director of the firm’s National Seniors Housing Group.
Myers was promoted to vice president investments in 2006, and was elected to senior vice president investments in 2008. In his career, Myers has closed over 430 transactions valued at over $4.3 billion.
