Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently promoted Benjamin Firestone and David Gaines of the company’s Chicago office to associate vice presidents of investments.
Most recently, Firestone and Gaines held the titles of senior associate.
Firestone began his career with Marcus & Millichap in May of 2006 and was named senior
associate in May of 2009. He specializes in the sale of seniors housing real estate and has received two sales recognition awards from the firm.
Gaines began his career with Marcus & Millichap in May of 2004 and was named senior associate
in May of 2007. He specializes in the sale of multi-family real estate and has received two sales recognition awards from the firm.
