Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation has arranged bridge financing of approximately $4.6M on behalf of a regional self-storage operator in Cincinnati.
The bridge loan provides for a two-year term to allow time for the property to lease-up and stabilize.
The financing was arranged with a commercial lending company and was negotiated by Douglas Brooks, who is based in the company’s Columbus, Ohio, office.
