Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation arranged more than $5.06 million in financing for the acquisition of a medical office property at 9695 Basil Western Road in Canal Winchester, Ohio.
The property is tenanted by MedVet and operates as a 24-hour emergency vet and ER.
Chad O’Connor, executive managing director in MMCC’s San Diego office, secured the financing with a credit union on behalf of a private client.
Terms of the 10-year loan include a 6.52% interest rate with a 30-year amortization period, no prepayment penalty and a 60% loan-to-value.
