Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of Somerset Place Apartments, a 106-unit apartment property in Seymour, Ind.
Brent Silcox, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
