Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 1328 Idaho Avenue South, an 11-unit apartment property in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. The asset sold for $960,000.
Abe Roberts, an apartment investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office and a member within the firm’s National Multi-Housing Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
The buyer was also procured by Roberts.
