Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of The Dakota Building, a 112,998-square-foot office property in Bismarck, N.D.
The office building sold for $5.35 million.
Michael Ahles, Mox Gunderson, Joe Cuskey and Chris Collins, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The Dakota Building boasts Wells Fargo as an anchor tenant. It was 89 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
