Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Compass Group, a 117,791-square-foot net-leased property in Madison, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $6.45 million.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Brett Winger, associate, and Dominic Sulo, first vice president and investment specialists of The Sulo Group in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Todd Lindblom assisted in closing this transaction as broker of record in Wisconsin.
Compass Group is located at 2305 Daniels St. in Madison, near the Interstate 90 and Route 18/12 interchange. The tenant just executed a new long-term lease and the buyer is seeking additional properties in Madison.
