Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of he Holiday Inn Austin Conference Center, a 118-room hospitality property located in Austin, Minnesota.
Jon Ruzicka and Gordon Allred, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis and Ontario offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property. The buyer was also procured by Ruzicka. This marks the 28th hospitality property transaction Ruzicka’s team has closed.
Holiday Inn Austin Conference Center is located at 1701 4th Street Northwest in Austin.
