Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of an 11,992-square-foot net-leased KinderCare property in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $4.893 million.
Dominic Sulo, senior vice president and an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Michigan-based limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company based in Minnesota, was also secured and represented by Sulo.

KinderCare is located at N35 W23824 Capitol Drive in Pewaukee. Under corporate guarantor KinderCare Education, the center has 13 years remaining on its long-term net lease. The all-cash purchase went from contract to closing in 18 days and sold for full asking price.
