Marcus & Millichap recently negotiated the sale of Roark Vacation Resort, a 12-building hospitality redevelopment property located directly across from Branson Landing in Branson, Missouri.
Ebrahim Valliani, First Vice President, and Michael Gantman, Associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Downtown offices respectively, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor, with David Saverin, Regional Manager of the firm’s St Louis office and Broker of Record for the state of Missouri, aiding in closing this transaction.
Chris Gomes, Senior Managing Director, and Allan Miller, Senior Vice President, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Roark Vacation Resort is located at 403 Veterans Blvd. in Branson.
