Marcus & Millichap has sold a 13,225-square-foot CVS/pharmacy net-leased property in Oshkosh, Wis. The store sold for $3.2 million.
Adam “AJ” Prins and Matthew Hazelton, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. An outside brokerage secured the buyer, a trustee. Matthew Fitzgerald, regional manager and broker of Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, assisted in closing this transaction.
