Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Vista Estates Manufactured Housing Community, a 14.31-acre manufactured homes community in Storm Lake, Iowa.
The property sold for $5.5 million.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president, and Ryan Engle, senior managing director and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, an out-of-state private investor, was secured and represented by Angelov, Engle and Brad Keppel, associate and investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Jon Ruzicka assisted in closing this transaction as broker of record in Iowa.
