Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of Meadowbrook Golf Estates MHC, a 141-space manufactured-home community in Anderson, Ind.
The community sold for $747,000.
Brent Silcox and John Pfeifer, investment specialists in Marcus’ Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a bank/financial institution. The buyer, a limited-liabilit company, was secured and represented by Silcox and Pfeifer.
