Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold the Southpoint Shopping Center, a 15,183-square-foot retail property in Eau Claire, Wis.
The property sold for $2.8 million.
Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor based out of Milwaukee.
Rowlett and Ladner also secured the buyer, a private investor based in Idaho.
The retail center is shadow-anchored by grocer Festival Foods.
