Marcus & Millichap sold a 158,500-square-foot industrial property in Fairfield, Ohio, for $7.1 million.
Sean O’Brien, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Regional manager Michael Glass assisted in closing the transaction as the broker of record in Ohio.
The property is located at 3840 Port Union Road in Fairfield. Tenant Packaging Corporation of America recently took out a new 10-year lease at the freestanding warehouse.
