Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold 4219-4221 S. Harlem Ave., a 16-unit apartment property located in Stickney. The asset commanded a sales price of $699,000.

Ryan Engle and Andrean Angelov, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a bank/financial institution.  The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Engle and Angelov.

The property at 4219-4221 S. Harlem Ave. consists of two eight-unit, flexicore constructed buildings, all of which are two-bedroom / one-bathroom units in Chicago’s southwest neighborhood of Stickney. The property features ample parking, one storage space per unit and on-site laundry.
