Shiloh Crossing Avon LLC, an Indiana-based limited liability company, paid $2.6 million for Shiloh Crossing Shoppes, a 16,800-square-foot retail center at 10224-10242 East US Highway 36 in Avon, Indiana.
Jordan Klink and Kahlil Barnard, both of Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, were retained as exclusive advisors to market the property on behalf of the seller, Shiloh Crossing Investors, LLC. Klink and Barnard also sourced the buyer in the transaction.
The offering generated multiple offers from locally based private real estate investors and nationally based private equity real estate investment funds. The property has significant visibility to Rockville Road, which serves as a main retail destination for the entire Hendricks County community and is positioned at a stoplight with more than 40,000 vehicles traversing in front of the site daily.
The property is located within Avon’s main retail corridor nearby a multitude of national retailers including Super Target, Walmart, Menards, Meijer, ULTA, Ross, Old Navy, Dicks, Marshalls, Best Buy, Michael’s and Bed Bath & Beyond.
