Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of The Corner Shops, a 16,582-square-foot retail property in Maplewood, Minn.
The asset earned a sales price of $3.2 million.
Sean Doyle, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the listing rights to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Doyle, too.
