Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of My Other Garage, a 16,420-square-foot self-storage facility in Slinger, Wisconsin.
Sean Delaney, senior vice president and investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Delaney. Todd Lindblom assisted in closing this transaction as broker of record in Wisconsin.
My Other Garage is located at 3651 Lovers Lane in Slinger. The property is a new facility that opened in January of 2020 and features two buildings that were 50 percent occupied after six months.
The units range in size from 100 square feet to 630 square feet. The property is approved for an additional 90,970 square feet in 12 more buildings.
