Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Student Housing Portfolio property located in Terre Haute, Ind. According to John M. Przybyla, first vice president/regional manager of the firm’s Chicago downtown office, the asset commanded a sales price of $1,075,000.
Alex Blagojevich and David N. Gaines, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private partnership. The buyer, another private partnership, was secured and represented by Stephen Rachman, an investment specialist also in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office. Josh Caruana, broker, assisted in closing the transaction.
The portfolio consisted of a collection of properties around Indiana State University, which is located at 500 S. 7th St.
