Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of Raintree Apartments, a 184-unit apartment complex in Topeka, Kan.
The property sold for $5.15 million.
Alex Blagojevich, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, and David Gaines, vice president of investments in the firm’s Chicago office, had the exclusive listing to market the property for the seller, a limited liability company based in California.
Raintree Apartments was built in 1947 and is 95-percent occupied.
