Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold a 19-unit multifamily property in Chicago. The asset commanded a sales price of $2.8 million.
Kyle Stengle, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private trust; Stengle also secured the buyer, JAB Real Estate.
The property is located at 3161 N. Orchard St., near the Belmont and Halsted intersection situated in the heart of Lakeview neighborhood. The property consists of 17 one-bedroom apartments and two three-bedroom/two-bath duplexes.
