The asset commanded a sales price of $747,500.
Mickey Hurley, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, represented both the seller, an individual personal trust, and the buyer, a private investor.
Top Shelf Storage is a Class-A facility built in 2004. It boasts 117 units. It has an occupancy rate of 94 percent.
