Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services closed the sale of The Storage Lot, a 19,266-square-foot self-storage facility in Catawissa, Missouri. The asset sold for $1.18 million.
Anne Williams and Marla Čolić, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Memphis and St. Louis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Williams and Čolić. Brad Barham, Missouri broker of record, assisted in the closing of this transaction.
The Storage Lot is located at 104 Amber Wy in Catawissa.
