Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and also secured the buyer.
Westbelt Storage is located about 10 miles northwest of downtown Columbus. The facility features 121 non-climate-controlled units totaling 19,495 net rentable square feet. They also offer 17 outdoor parking spaces for rent.
