Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Division Street Apartments, a 21-unit apartment community in North Saint Paul, Minnesota.
The property sold for $1.457 million.
Evan Miller, a multifamily specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exlusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Miller found the buyer, too. This marks the 20th apartment building that Miller and the multifamily team within Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office have sold so far in 2018.
The property, at 2633 Division Street North in North Saint Paul, consists of three buildings with 21 one-bedroom units, all about 400 square feet.
