Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of MVP Storage Portfolio, a 22,515-square-foot self-storage facility in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Sean Delaney, senior vice president, and Paul Robertson, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Delaney and Robertson. Todd Lindblom assisted in closing this transaction as broker of record in Wisconsin.
MVP Storage Portfolio is located at 3838 Enterprise Drive and 1939 N. 18th St. in Sheboygan within 2.2 miles from each other. The portfolio has 116 climate-controlled units.
