The asset commanded a sales price of $1.9 million.
Alex Blagojevich, Andrew Daitch, David Gaines, Paul Davis and Kurt Michael Shoemaker, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Freddie Mac.
The buyer, a private partnership from Cincinnati, was procured by the listing team. Michael Glass, a broker with Marcus & Millichap, assisted in closing this transaction.
