Marcus & Millichap recently sold a 2,388-square-foot net-leased Arby’s property in Cincinnati. The asset sold for $865,000, a figure that was over the list price.
C.J. Jackson, Erin Patton, Scott Wiles and Craig Fuller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Cleveland offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, another private investor, was secured and represented by Cassandra Mosser and Drew Isaac, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office.
Arby’s is located at 851 Eastgate South Drive in Cincinnati. The lease was guaranteed by a regional franchisee group that operates more than 60 locations.
