Anthony Hardy an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Oak Brook office and Marc Sommer, vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s downtown Chicago office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured by Hardy and Sommer.
The building consists of nine large three-room studios, 13 one-bedrooms and three two-bedrooms. The property sold in 85 days.
