Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold Rasmussen College Building, a 25,000-square-foot, Class B, single-tenant office property located in Romeoville. The asset commanded a sales price of $6.7 million.

Howard Wiese and John Abuja, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown & O’Hare offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company; and also secured the buyer, an investor whom Marcus & Millichap has represented in prior acquisitions.

The property is leased to Rasmussen College located at 1400 W. Normantown Road in Romeoville. The 25,000-square foot building was built in 2009 on a 4.16 acre site located in the southwest corner of the I-55 and Weber Road interchange in Will County.
