Marcus & Millichap helped close the sale of Alexis Park Shopping Center, a 251,599-square-foot retail property located in Toledo, Ohio.
The center sold for $3 million.
Erin Patton, Scott Wiles and Craig Fuller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Cleveland offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Patton, Wiles and Fuller, too.
Alexis Park Shopping Center is located at 5860 Lewis Ave. in Toledo. The team of Patton, Wiles and Fuller has successfully closed $97 Million in investment sales so far in 2014.
